Another Mothers Day card.....a sheet from craftsuprint.....

My allergies have been playing havoc with me lately....nice days but windy so my eyes are all red and puffy due to pollen getting blown in them....nothing too exciting happened yesterday...had a really quiet day at work...had to send someone home with an eye infection.....hopefully none of us get it....terrible to say but just trying to get through the day so I can head to bed early tonight.

Next weekend is mothers day so thought I would share some cards i have made over the week. This was anouther craftsuprint sheet....I added copper stickles to the center of the daisy...it was so effective in person....

Okay can someone tell me where the weekend went.....So much for sleeping in this morning.....I had our youngest cat Pipsqueak with her wet face in mine at 6am...I don't know what that kitty does when she drinks but she is always soaked. She is not yet 1 year old so always finds plenty of things to get inot or annoys our other 3 cats.....Callie,Snuggles and Chewy. So woke my boys up at 7am since they did not do things they were suppossed to while we were gone yesterday...we don't ask much of our kids but when they don't do as asked it bugs me some...so they had a list of chores to do today...they were good about not whining....and were done by noon. Even cleaned the bathrooms!!! My dd and I headed into town and bought groceries. We stopped at the dollar store so I could get some craft items I needed. I like to get them there if I can...so much cheaper than a craft store. Finally I took my dd to the sports store and got her new running shoes....they had buy one get one 50%off so bought a size up for her to grow into.....the good thing was she liked them....fashion is so important to young ones these days. Made a pit stop and Tim hortons...got everyone iced cappachinos to bring home....The rest of the day was spent catching up on the laundry and we washed the car and cleaned it out. I was able to make a few cards today. I have been uploading my cards to craftsuprint and making some money...allows me to buy some more sheets....I have a craft fair on the 15th so trying to stock up for it. Well going to go back to my craft table and watch Amazing Race...more reality TV:)

My beautiful 11 year old DD dancing her heart out today. where does time go...she looked so mature on stage today. Everyone kept calling her a mini me.....since she got her hair cut short we really do look alot alike.....poor kid...LOL The routine was danced to James Blunt's same mistake....it was beautifully done.

Happy National Scrapbook day......well for me not much paper crafting...I spent the day in the city with my dd who had a dance competition today.....She was competing with her Lyrical Dance Group...they did well earning a silver award. They were just in the recreational groupings. We also made a pit stop on the way to the city at Costco ...got some great deals there.
I did wake up early this morning and worked on a few cards. So felt I participated a small amount in the National scrapbook holiday..LOL
Glad to be home....the dance competitions are a long day...4 hours travel time in total...and a lot of sitting around waiting......Or for me today straightening many girls hair for the performance.
Off to bed and will see what adventures tomorrow brings...hopefully sleeping in is one of them.
